I wish to express great gratitude to all those who attended the “Reno Spiritual and Wellness Expo” last weekend. Also, special thanks to Karen Lang, Kelly Aguilera and Dana Nollsch for co-creating such an awesome community within the community. We enjoyed amazing times with deep conversations, crystal Reiki sessions, Tarot and Oracle readings, and so many fun times. Many people came to tell me of the transformation energies they’ve experienced over the last several months since the last fair. One friend in particular had a huge release when I shared Reiki with him last time, and he has since regained his health in remarkable ways. I feel so blessed to do this work, to be the hollow bone for Spirit to work through me in service to so many wonderful angels-in-earthsuits.
Through the last few years, I’ve enjoyed several partnerships at the fair. As my friends, partners and I prepare for each spring and fall event, we always set the intention to be channels of healing and wisdom, in service to those embracing transformation. We intend that we and all others experience joy, love and abundance in the space. We always enjoy profound experiences. Here’s just one of them.
Several years ago, while helping my beautiful angel friend, Karen Lang of Lemurian Stargate, with her booth, a visitor came to enjoy the crystals. She leisurely perused the table, picked up many crystals to look closely, chatted with us about the energetic principles for various crystals, and shared some of her personal experiences. She was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed her company and sharing in the spaces where we were not helping other customers. Karen and I just naturally flowed in and out of conversation with her as space allowed. At one point, we asked her how one powerful crystal felt as she held it, and she said, “I have no idea. I can’t feel anything. I wear all these necklaces, bracelets and anklets (shungite, tourmaline, black kyanite, obsidian and other protective stones) for protection because I become so overwhelmed when I come to energetic places like this.” Not only that, but we could sense many other energetic protective forces around her, no doubt created over many years.
After about an hour passed in our company and with the crystals, she began to remove some of her protective stones and layers, holding some of the crystals close and really feeling into them. We sensed a profound healing energy at work. She removed more and more layers of protection. Suddenly, she picked up one crystal, and she began to cry. She urgently handed me the crystal, “This one hurts. Something happened to it. It needs help. It wants Reiki. Give it Reiki.” I took the crystal from her hand and cradled it almost like a baby, offering Reiki through both my hands, my heart, my eyes. She and I continued to talk about healing and energy. She became calmer and calmer the more that I shared Reiki with the crystal. I realized that symbolically, she had offered me her inner child for safe-keeping and healing. The more Reiki she and her inner child received via the crystal, the lighter and more joyful she became. The degree of transformation she experienced felt really profound, and the results were powerfully visible in every way in her appearance. Once her veils of protection dissolved, her inner light could shine through so vibrantly. She practically glowed.
Reiki Clinic
We all benefit from regular Reiki sessions, but Reiki can be life-changing, even with just one session, and even from a distance. We are hosting our first Reiki Clinic in Reno on California Avenue on Monday, April 7. Distance Reiki is also available. We have only one spot remaining, at 11:30am. Let me know if you’re interested. We’ll hold the next one on Wednesday, April 23. We have three spaces remaining for this one. What’s Reiki Clinic? In a one-hour session, clients receive a nurturing recharge for an all-out vibrant, abundant life. Would you like to bring more energy to your day and to amplify your spiritual growth? Sessions include a full Reiki Healing Attunement, for deepest spiritual healing and transformation. We also add traditional Reiki hand positions, shamanic energy cleansing, sound healing, and ancient symbols.
Reiki Studies
Embracing Reiki as a way of life can take us even deeper into transformation. Our Reiki class coming up this weekend is quite full, but if you want to join us, let me know and I will squeeze you in if possible. We’re also thinking of offering a Reiki I and II Certification Retreat over the course of a weekend this summer with camping and a transformation fire ceremony. If you’re interested in this, let me know. I welcome your valuable ideas, of course. Our Sage Spirit Reiki Community has been coming together in lovely, loving ways with monthly gatherings at OdaBe.
