Are you ready for relief? Perhaps you are already feeling it with the new moon energies of yesterday. Or perhaps you’ve been feeling great, but many around you have been falling apart. Lately, so many people I know seem to be going even more deeply… peeling away the layers of the ages, a lifetime (or many) of thoughts, beliefs, habits, patterns, stories and even people that no longer serve the lives we choose now. Often times, we may feel stuck in focusing on painful mental and emotional processes. Illuminating the shadows of our psyche may be essential, but it’s painful to stay too long. Resisting that we’re feeling pain, or adding self-recrimination to our feelings, keeps us stuck, and may actually empower all that we struggle to release.

It’s easier said than done… noticing where we are stuck and embracing our willingness to release the blockage. I am guided to believe that we are collectively in a final push and process to complete (at least for now) this majorly essential internal house-cleaning. If you still feel immersed, hold on a little longer! Be gentle with yourself! When in need of help, Reiki, meditation, yoga, time in nature or with animals, and other spiritual practices can help to support our freedom to step into a new future unencumbered by the tethers to our past. It’s important to get ourselves as clean as possible to prepare for forward motion. Spring is nearly here!

Here’s the payoff for the hard work: discovering even more deeply the core of our unique gifts we are meant to offer in the world, so we may align and design our lives with full intent, consciousness, and promise. How will our lives be different when we are free to fan the flames of our passions, connecting deeply with our purpose here on this earth? How will we evolve as we become empowered to shine as brightly as the sun?

You are the light of the sun, the elegance of the moon, the insight of a star, the splendor of the sky. You are Divine. Remember.
