I often serve a variation of this soup at our Reiki workshops here at OdaBe, and I’ve been asked for the recipe more than once. So here it is, in it’s rough and humble form.
Ingredients are organic. Measurements are intuitive or trial-and-error, based on my level of consciousness that day. Ideally, I channel Reiki and listen to chanting or other inspirational music during creation.
- Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil
- Add low sodium vegetable broth (two to three boxes for a full stock pot)
- Add the following chopped vegetables:
- Potatoes
- Sweet potatoes
- Carrots
- Celery
- Bell peppers
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Mushrooms
- Add the following canned items:
- Garbanzo beans
- Kidney beans
- Corn
- Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender
- Season to taste:
- Basil
- Bay leaves
- Black pepper
- Cayenne powder (sparingly)
- Chili powder
- Curry powder (sparingly)
- Cumin
- Garlic powder
- Veggie bullion
- Paprika
- Sea salt
- Spike
- Thyme
